Ok new rules for sending in material for magazine, that goes for The model of each issue (that gets 5-10 pages in issue), models with articles, anybody else that is sending more then 1 page or 1 photo. This is getting complicated because models and other that purchase ads send us more then 10 emails about the same ad ---> what can lead to mistakes in magazine and we don't want that. We experienced that with Holiday and February issue so we will have to find a way to make it more simple. It is nobody's fault we just want to make it easier for all of us in future and do the best to avoid any mistakes.
Make sure to send us everything together and to include everything from photographers names (models and their parents are leagaly responsible for all images send to Kids Modeling Magazine), boutiques and everything else you or us want included - send all at once. Also double check the spelling and names. Please understand that if we have to check 25 emails for one photo that makes things harder then needed and more important that leaves more room for mistakes or that we forget to include something. Also try to send us all material from one (your) email not from ten people because again that adds more space for something to be missed. We don't want to be the ones chasing photographers or boutiques to get your photos - mostly because sometimes it is hard to get answers on time.
Name that email that you are sending our way something like ad in ..... issue, the model ... for ... issue, that will help us make sure there are no mistakes published in magazine. For those that are creating ads or pages on their own (what we love) please make sure to send all pages together - we know that due to space that may take more then 1 email what is not a problem at all.

Hello, I Submitted a Ad for your Spring Issue Magazine, I even Received an Conformation Email stated that you all received my payment but I never seen our Ad in the Magazine, I sent several Mesgs. to the facebook page but no luck i cant find the facebook page anymore. I would Really Appreciate it if Someone would get back to me regarding this issue I think it was very unprofessional the customer service i experienced
